Student Support: OSRS Displays Out-of-Date Information

If your Online Student Records System (OSRS) account appears to be displaying out-of-date information, including grades, follow the steps below to clear Internet Explorer's cache. This problem is caused by your computer caching, or saving, an old copy of the page you're viewing.

1. Open Internet Explorer, but do not login to OSRS.

2. Click the Tools menu and select Internet Options...

3. Under "Temporary Internet Files" click the "Delete Cookies..." button and confirm.

4. Click "Delete Files..." and confirm.

5. Under "History," click "Clear History" and confirm.

6. Close Internet Explorer, open it again and login.
